Here is the complete documentation of BlueTech to make it use more easy for you. BlueTech requires at least wordpress 2.6 and tested up to wordpress 2.9.2
If you want to configure the theme, go to your wordpress admin panel and select Configure Theme option showing under the Appearance menu in the sidebar like below.

There you can select Featured Categories, Google Adsense ID, Twitter Account, Google Buzz,Feedburner ID, Facebook Profile and Fanbox.
If you want to set any post as featured, Please select the options at end of page while editing or writing new post from Set Post Type Panel like below.

If you want to show image in featured post or in post as thumbnail, enter image as name and upload the image with wp-editor and copy the image path (http://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/image.jpg) and paste that path as custom field value in Custom Field Panel like it shown below.

Note: If images don’t show however you add the custom field correctly, In the theme pack there must b a folder named as cache. Please give it the permission 777 by clicking on its properties.
